The rate isn't free, you need to have a 30 seconds level.

You can still have Featured rate max with basic blocks.

Actually, no, because you can't sendrate or do normal things as a mod like in GD.

I mean, if you are a mod, it's like you are Robtop but in a GDPS.

Can I connect with my GD account?

You can't connect with your GD account to GDPS TeamDash because it's a different server.
